Auto Enrolment Pricing
Our Auto Enrolment pricing is simple.
To set up auto enrolment we charge from £100.
We will provide details of appropriate Government approved pension providers for your business. We carry out all of the necessary administration on your behalf to ensure your workers are assessed and enrolled into a Government approved pension scheme. We also include all the appropriate employee communications.
We only deal with employers. We are unable to provide any advice to employees as we do not offer any investment or pensions advice.
This includes:-
- Providing statutory communications at your staging/auto enrolment date.
- Assessing employees and categorisations.
- Managing employee opt outs and opt ins.
- Full record keeping.
- Dealing with your compliance notice.
- Re-enrolment every three years – there would be a separate charge for this at the time.
We are able to assist in setting up and administering Auto Enrolment with the main providers listed below. Our payroll software is also compatible with these providers. More are being added.
For our payroll customers, we are also able to carry out the monitoring of employees once auto enrolment has been set up.
This includes:-
- Ongoing management for new and existing employees.
- Statutory communications.
- Management of opt ins and opt outs.
- Management of contribution refunds.
- Monthly data file transmissions to the pension provider.
- Dealing with any employee or employer queries.
We can visit you at your premises to provide a presentation on Auto Enrolment to the employer/employees if required at an additional cost.
There are significant penalties for non compliance with auto enrolment. These start at £400 for small employers plus £50 per day. More details can be found at the Pensions Regulator Website.
